Brendan McCartney

With over 22 years’ experience as an AFL coach, Brendan has certainly earnt his stripes as a  development and strategy specialist.  He’s coached from the grassroots up and celebrated enormous success at Richmond, Geelong, Essendon, Western Bulldogs and Melbourne Football Clubs, where he prides himself on mentoring and developing players. He harnesses his previous experience as a secondary school teacher to develop the physical and life skills of all his players.

Susie Robinson

Susie has worn many professional hats, but the consistent theme across all her roles is her passion for football. She is the current NAB Female Assistant Coach for the Geelong Falcons and has extensive experience in executive producing for sport, including radio and TV.  As an executive coach and specialist in governance and management, Susie works collaboratively to develop coaches and clubs.
